Resident Services
Support that goes beyond the front door
Stable housing is where thriving begins. Our resident services team helps neighbors stay housed, kids succeed, and communities grow stronger.
Resident Services Ensure that Housing is a Platform for Opportunity
Our Resident Services programs provide a range of services focused on housing stability and eviction prevention, opportunities for youth, families, and seniors, connecting residents to resources, and community building.

Our Programs
CPAH staff focuses on connecting residents with housing stabilization services in order to keep them safe in their housing and avoid evictions whenever possible.
Supporting families is a long tradition at CPAH. We provide youth programming, events, and summer programming. In addition, we provide annual backpacks/school supplies and winter coat drives to children/youth living at our properties.
CPAH’s Thriving in Place Program aims to help residents aged 55 and older live independently as long as possible.
Resident services staff coordinate community building activities at each of CPAH’s housing sites. Bringing residents together, providing community space, and supporting a broader network is one way CPAH supports our residents and the community.
CPAH started our Resident Advisory Committee (RAC) in 2017. Our RAC represents resident voices, in addition to creating leadership opportunities for residents. The goal of the RAC is to support residents in coordinating building activities and to set service priorities.
CPAH provides permanent supportive housing (PSH) for residents who are housed as well as supportive housing services for people who are houseless and looking for homes.
CPAH residents are at the heart of what we do. We value their voices and experiences; their needs guide our work. We center residents’ experiences and emphasize that they are the experts on their own lives.
For the residents who need services, the systems they navigate can be stressful, overwhelming, and complicated. Resident Services Staff advocate and partner with residents to help them make decisions that create successful outcomes.
Our long history and rich understanding of providing services, supporting diverse populations and their different needs, and community partnerships allows us to support residents to be healthy and successful.
Our Programs Support People in Ways that Create Access, Connection, & Stability
