CPAH’s first housing community, Greenburg Oaks, has 84 apartments, ranging from one – to three-bedroom units.
Amenities include a community room with a kitchen (and a small library for children), a half-court basketball area, a playground, a community garden where residents can grow healthy food, and close proximity to transit and jobs.
The community room is also used for after-school and summer youth programming, meetings, and resident-led recovery groups (in English and Spanish).
